Finnish National Gallery: How to refresh a 125-year-old institution?

Task: To keep the existing clients but at the same time change the image of an art museum more modern and thus attract new audiences.

Challenge: How to combine 125 years of tradition with modern marketing?

Solution: An omni channel solution which emphasized online engagement and using the museum and it's surroundings as media.

Results: A record year: The biggest amount of annual visitors in the 125 years of the museum.
